Sauna Hat Mini

The Sauna Hat mini is our new small version Tatsuya's Sauna Hat. Made from the same wool felt. This sits higher on the head, and suits a smal head. 

The mini is hand cut and sewn by the McIntyre team, and may not be perfectly symmetrical.

A Sauna hat is worn so your head does not overheat, and to protect your hair from Drying out making the Sauna more comfortable. 

Merino is renowned for its beneficial natural properties including:

• Temperature regulation
• Moisture wicking
• Quick dry 

Making it the perfect material for a Sauna Hat. 

In early 2025 we were approached by Sauna enthusiast Tatsuya Kitsugawa with his dreams of creating the perfect Sauna Hat from Australia's natural fibre- Merino wool.
