RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

Returns on full price items:

If you have changed your mind about your full price purchase, McIntyre will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • The item is in original condition and is unwashed, unworn, unused and has not been altered or personalised
  • Presentation of the original invoice or receipt within 30 days of purchase

Refunds will be processed electronically and will be discussed with you. 

Returns on sale items:

If you have changed your mind about your sale purchase, McIntyre will be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit note provided that:

  • The item is in original condition and is unwashed, unworn, unused and has not been altered or personalised
  • Presentation of the original invoice or receipt within 30 days of purchase

    Faulty Items:

    As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Mcintyre. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may seek a refund or exchange.
