Refund policy

OUR 30 DAY RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY. 

To arrange the return of any item please contact our customer service manager via email at hello@mcintyremerino.com.Please include your order number in your email. 

Returns on full price items:

If you have changed your mind about your full price purchase, McIntyre will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • The item is in original condition and is unwashed, unworn, and returned with the orange tag attached in their original state. 

Refunds will be processed electronically within 5 days of receipt. 

Returns on sale items:

If you have changed your mind about your sale purchase, McIntyre will be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit note provided that:

The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase. The item is in original condition and is unwashed, unworn, and returned with the tags attached in their original state. 
Warehouse sale items:

 

These items are final sale and are not eligible for return. 

Shipping on returns/ exchanges: 

You can either choose to purchase a return label from McIntyre or post the return via your own method. You can discuss this option with our customer service team. 


Faulty Items:

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Mcintyre. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may seek a refund or exchange. This does not cover normal wear & tear of any garment. Please contact our customer service manager via email at hello@mcintyremerino.com to discuss your options.
